I'm giving Suwa the full five stars because it deserves the recognition. It's attached to the Kirmizi Pub, and probably under the same management since they share the interior space together. However, Suwa offers the simplified ordering process you'd expect from a specialty coffee shop. The quality of the coffee is very high, easily better than any other coffee I had in Çeşme. Here's an experiment: Get an espresso from Suwa, then go to any other Top Rated coffee place in Çeşme and order the same thing. Put them side by side and do a blind taste test. The one that tastes better is from here. Guaranteed. The closest real competition is all the way in Alaçatı. The only thing I'd recommend for Suwa is an earlier opening time. Granted, I visited during the off-season – it's possible they open earlier in the summer months when more thirsty, insufficiently caffeinated tourists are about.

We had a cold brew and iced latte and the coffee nor the service was the best honestly, lotus cheesecake also didn’t impress us. However the space and atmosphere is nice.
