Holiday Restaurant

Pamukkale gezisi sonrası eşimle birlikte karnımız acıktı. Bende sıkışmış ve bir an önce hem ihtiyacımı karşılamak hem de birşeyler yemek için yer arıyoruz. Bu restoranın önünde durduk. Yüzünde gülücük olmayan şalvarlı bir teyze buyrun dedi. Dedim " Teyze lavabonuz var mı?" Bana "Parasını verirseniz girersiniz" demez mi :))) Şaka gibi. Tepem attı tabi. Kalsın istemiyorum dedim. Ne ara bu kadar dejenere oldunuz arkadaş. Nasıl bir para hırsıdır. Esnafsın sen esnaf. 3 kuruş para uğruna kaç paradan oldun onu hesap et. Bir kaç adım gittikten sonra Almanyalı'nın yerine oturdum. Rızk böyle birşey işte....

Ailecek işletiyorlar işletmeci abla çok tatlı samimi birisi. Ortam temiz güzel. Klima ve pos cihazı da olsa mükemmel olurmuş. Ellerinize sağlık

What a warm and hospitable woman Neşe Hanım is! Eating here feels like being included into her family The food was freshly prepared - including herbs picked from her garden and homemade pomegranate molasses (nar ekşisi) - and delicious and we ate it on the comfortable back terrace to the sound of birdsong. We ate here the evening we arrived in Pamukkale and returned for late lunch the following day before getting our bus back home.

İçeriye girdikten sonra restoran sahibi yabancı turistleri taksi ile götürmek için çıktı. Başka bir kadın restoran sahibine bizim için 'onları alma ben uğraşamam dedi.' Türk müşterilere değer verilmeyen bir işletme.

Pas de clim, pas l'esbroufe. Ici la cuisine est simple et authentique et l'accueil y est très chaleureux à des prix plus que corrects. Pour l'ambiance, j'ai mis le max car c'est vraiment tranquille à l'ancienne.

Once we discovered Neşe hanım’s family-run restaurant on our second day in Pamukkale, we ate there regularly for the rest of our five-day stay. The food is equally good, or better, than other restaurants in the village, but much more reasonably priced. (A glass of wine cost 25% of the price of a glass of wine in the restaurants two minutes away facing the travertines.) The whole family were always cheerful, hospitable and welcoming. An absolutely delightful place. Highly recommended.

I ordered the koftë and it was delicious. Simple ingredients but the right balance of spices and freshly made. Highly recommended. And the patio is warm and welcoming too.
